• Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of Technical Program Managers • Apply and refine a TPM framework that balances lightweight processes with rigorous delivery discipline • Drive the planning and execution of large-scale, cross-functional initiatives across various departments • Define program success metrics and track KPIs to enable data-driven decision-making for leadership • Partner closely with Product, Security, and Engineering to align execution with business priorities • Translate technology strategy into actionable delivery roadmaps • Improve and adapt SDLC/PDLC processes, including Agile and DevSecOps practices • Guide teams across Alkami to embrace TPM best practices and scalable processes
