Job Description

• Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of mortgage broker partners • Educate brokers on LBC Mortgage products, guidelines, and programs • Act as a trusted advisor to brokers throughout the loan lifecycle • Drive volume through relationship management, follow-ups, and deal structuring • Collaborate with processing, underwriting, and leadership teams to close loans • Identify growth opportunities and expand broker production • Maintain CRM records and ensure clean, professional communication

Job Requirements

  • Experience as an Account Executive, Relationship Manager, Loan Officer, or Banker
  • Background in private funds, banks and hard money.
  • Strong understanding of mortgage products and lending fundamentals
  • Comfortable working in a B2B, broker-facing environment
  • Professional communication style and relationship-building mindset
  • Sales-oriented, proactive, and results-driven
