Job Requirements
- 5+ years of production experience in Python (additional backend languages are a plus)
- Prior experience shipping a complex system with significant customer impact
- Familiarity with modern AI/ML tools and frameworks
- Entrepreneurial mindset: you prioritize tasks with an eye for evolving business needs
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Excellent communication skills
