Job Description

• Lead a large group of planning professionals • Have a deep understanding of Material Master, BOM and Production Planning Process integration • Communicate consistently with team, flow down information, and provide performance feedback to develop team members for future roles or assignments • Manage and monitor all Material Master functions • Monitor performance metrics and intervene as required to ensure optimal performance. • Identify, drive and lead continuous improvement projects (e.g. CORE, Six Sigma).

Job Requirements

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience.
Minimum 10 years experience in broad Supply Chain/Materials planning, Business process or Systems experience and 5+ years of people management experience.
Experience using MRP/ERP systems, especially SAP, and working with MS Office applications including, but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, as well as other DB applications and reporting tools.
Experience working effectively with others through communication, presentation, and negotiation, using analysis and problem solving skills.
Excellent facilitating and communicating at all levels of an organization.
