Job Description

• Develop global marketing strategies and demand generation for scientific solutions • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing programs • Collaborate across divisions and functions to develop and implement customer-centric marketing strategies • Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and create compelling campaigns • Achieve revenue goals and strengthen market position

Job Requirements

Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in marketing with demonstrated success in strategic planning and execution
Experience in B2B contract pharmaceutical services (CDMO, CRO)
Deep understanding of marketing fundamentals including branding, segmentation, positioning, and integrated campaign development
Strong analytical skills with ability to derive insights from market data and metrics
Demonstrated success in digital marketing across multiple channels (web, social, email, search)
Excellent project management abilities with track record of delivering results in a matrix environment
Outstanding written, presentation and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate across cross-functional teams and geographies
Ability to travel up to 25% as required
