Job Description
• Execute and manage full-funnel demand generation programs, including: Webinars, Sales-supported follow-up campaigns, Event and partner-driven programs, Advertising
• Support priority segments, personas, and use cases identified by marketing and sales leadership
• Partner with the Marketing Manager to execute campaigns in HubSpot
• Work closely with Business Development Associates and Account Executives to: Align demand programs with sales priorities, Support consistent follow-up using HubSpot sequences and sales talk tracks, Gather feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness, Ensure campaigns are clearly communicated to Sales and easy to act on
• Track and report on demand performance, including: Leads and meetings generated, Pipeline created and influenced, Conversion rates across funnel stages
• Maintain campaign hygiene in HubSpot and Salesforce
• Analyze results and recommend improvements to targeting, messaging, or channels
• Activate product, platform, and data releases into demand programs
• Coordinate campaign execution, timelines, and workflows with the Marketing Manager
• Collaborate on event-based demand generation opportunities with the Marketing Associate
• Support attribution, reporting, and CRM alignment with Sales & RevOps
• Provide feedback on messaging effectiveness and asset gaps with marketing leadership
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or campaign-focused marketing roles
- Experience supporting a sales-led B2B organization
- Hands-on experience with: ABM or account-focused campaigns, HubSpot (campaigns, workflows, reporting), Salesforce (leads, contacts, opportunities and marketing attribution), LinkedIn or industry trade advertising
- Demonstrated effectiveness working cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing
- Experience identifying campaign topics and asset gaps
- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts
- Ability to produce compelling slide content, messaging, and sales materials (with support from the rest of the marketing team)
