• Managing a portfolio of named accounts to drive renewals, upsell opportunities, and cross-sell ARR to expand overall account value. • Developing and executing strategic account plans, prioritizing high-growth accounts, and collaborating with Marketing to run campaigns that increase adoption, upsell professional services, and promote DuploCloud support package upgrades. • Utilizing AWS, GCP, and other partner programs to accelerate SMB deal growth, including submitting funding requests aligned with customer activity. • Maintaining pipeline accuracy, tracking opportunities, and reporting on progress against quota and revenue targets. • Partnering with Customer Success Managers to identify expansion opportunities, surface risks, and effectively position DuploCloud solutions for long-term customer success.
