Job Description

• Process Management: Lead the charge to enhance recruiting processes, ensuring they are clear, effective, and considerate of everyone involved, from sourcing to onboarding. • System & Data Management: Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data is accurate. You’ll build dashboards to help us understand key hiring metrics and make informed decisions. • Training & Support: Provide guidance and training to recruiters and hiring managers on interview techniques to align recruiting strategies to organizational goals. • Compliance and reporting: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal standards. • Program Innovator: Take ownership of special projects and new program launches in partnership with recruiting and business leaders. • Technology & Innovation: Explore and implement technology solutions, including AI, to improve both the candidate and hiring manager experiences. • People Leader: Mentor and develop a small but mighty team of 2-3 Recruiting Assistants.

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years in recruitment, with at least 2 years leading/mentoring others.
  • Bachelor’s degree (Human Resources, Business, or related field).
  • Comfort with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and a love of operational excellence. Experience with Lever is a big plus.
  • Proven organizer, communicator, and analytical thinker.
  • Solid knowledge of compliance, labor laws, and hiring best practices.
