Job Description

• Drive solution architecture in sales pursuits • Serves as a technical advisor for Salesforce projects onsite at client locations • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions leveraging the Salesforce platforms • Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions • Design innovative Salesforce solutions involving configuration and external integration • Collaborate with Project Manager to facilitate stakeholder expectations and identify project issues

Job Requirements

7+ years of CRM process design and implementation experience
Proven expertise in leveraging Salesforce Field Service to design and optimize end-to-end field service workflows
Minimum 3 years of Salesforce platform experience
Excellent client-facing written and oral communication skills
Knowledge of tools/applications such as Excel, Data Loader used for analysis and processing data
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and/or Agent force Revenue Management is strongly preferred
