Job Description

• Analyze and administer company-wide retirement and financial wellness offerings for our diverse team. • Spearhead our US and Canada retirement programs. • Manage a competitive retirement, financial and education benefits strategy. • Oversee administration for our US and Canada retirement, financial and education benefit programs. • Develop and execute controls to ensure benefits are well managed. • Develop communication strategies to engage employees in exploring available benefit programs. • Manage and develop strong partnerships with the plan recordkeepers, investment advisor, and third-party administrator. • Assess vendor performance and collaborate with vendors to resolve issues. • Complete in-depth due diligence during the M&A process related to retirement benefit packages. • Recommend revisions and modifications to plans based on performance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Minimum Five years’ experience working with corporate retirement plans required
  • Extensive M&A experience including benefit comparisons, plan terminations and 401(k) mergers preferred
  • Knowledge of different retirement plan types and operations preferred
  • Experience with Canada RRSP plans is helpful
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
  • Extensive knowledge of retirement plan programs, including federal legislation
  • Ability to influence and manage change within a virtual environment
  • Superior verbal and written communication
  • Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Advanced Excel skills a must
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
