Job Description

• Conduct sales activities related to incoming group inquiries for Drury Hotels’ guest rooms and meeting facilities • Respond to phone, electronic, and internal group leads • Support Drury United and Hotel Operations as it relates to coordinating and servicing the needs of Drury customers • Focus on inside sales and includes coordinating guest room and meeting room details • Build lasting relationships with new and existing clients • Present a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality at all times

Job Requirements

Previous experience in the hotel industry, with sales and/or meeting planning experience required
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) is advantageous
Outstanding customer service skills, both verbal and written
Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a constantly evolving role
