• Partner with the Senior Production Manager to plan and execute event productions that deliver measurable results • Serve as the primary point of contact for event requestors • Develop realistic project scopes and estimates, maintaining accountability for the budget and resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle • Conduct essential event site visits prior to productions to perform technical assessments of the space • Provide expert production advice to clients, internal stakeholders and service delivery managers • Coordinate postproduction projects and utilize basic editing experience to create and assemble short-form corporate videos and broadcast assets • Source and negotiate production estimates with external partners and manage vendor payments through finance SOPs • Oversee daily coordination and design of live event productions, maintaining industry standards
