Responsibilities
- Design and implement new features for the BranchlyHR platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code while following best practices in software development.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues that arise in the development process or within existing software.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance our product offerings.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including planning, retrospectives, and demonstrations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps practices.
- Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Knowledge of database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail with a passion for quality software.
