• Lead a high-performing team of Sr. Leads and Instructional Designers • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of projects from initiation to completion • Analyze team metrics regarding utilization and operational efficiency • Conduct deep-dive reviews into Service Level Agreements (SLAs) • Compile and report team statistics for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) • Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications • Support onboarding of new team members and conduct regular one-on-ones
