• Performs financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking on current and past financial data • Analyzes financial data and create financial models for decision support; evaluates financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts • Build relationships and act as a trusted business partner with leadership, including the Chief Financial Officer and individual department and process owners • Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses • Prepare and distribute company reports in accordance with policy and procedures and communicates the insights of these reports to the broader business • Drive improvement of FP&A processes toward more accurate financial planning deliverables, including budget, rolling forecast, client retention, and long-range plans • Other duties as assigned.
