Job Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable integrations with multiple job board platforms. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze integration requirements. • Lead the development of APIs and data pipelines to ensure seamless connectivity between platforms. • Optimize system performance and ensure high reliability for all integration features. • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and team members. • Actively participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and uphold best practices. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to integration failures or performance bottlenecks. • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in software engineering and job board platforms.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a focus on integrating systems or APIs.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js.
Comprehensive knowledge of RESTful APIs, web services, and data exchange formats such as JSON or XML.
Experience working with job boards, applicant tracking systems, or recruitment platforms is a major plus.
Proven ability to design and build scalable and maintainable software solutions.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and version control systems like Git.
