• Acts as a subject matter expert in one or more technical, administrative and/or functional aspects of finance or supply chain and related modules within an SAP/S4 environment. • Works closely with internal stakeholders to define the technical systems and/or functional enhancements needed to deliver business results. • Performs detailed analysis of business needs, recommend potential functional, technical and/or administrative strategies and approaches for solutions with internal/external clients. • Develops detailed functional and technical specifications. • Troubleshoots and resolves complex application issues and provides end user support. • Monitors applications for issues in connection with maintenance, upgrades and implementations. • Leads performance of business process design, reengineering and documentation for new technology. • Builds application tables, panels and reports for the S4/HANA application. • Codes individual modules and complex functions for the S4/HANA application. • Collaborates with SSM’s development team. • Provides Level II support for various applications in analyst’s area of expertise; finance is vendor invoice management, security, treasury, supply chain, Ariba, GHX, etc.
