• Lead all DTC workstreams to support our 4/7 launch • Own hitting at least $50k in DTC revenue in month one • Build systems to drive 10 to 20% month over month growth • Own DTC revenue forecasting, growth planning, and performance pacing • Own DTC budget management, channel spend, and return on investment • Partner with Ops and leadership to manage contribution margins and channel level profitability • Own Shopify end-to-end • Build conversion focused PDPs, bundles, and merchandising • Partner closely with brand and creative to bring launches to life • Build and optimize subscription from day one • Design gifting experiences, bundles, and seasonal programs • Build loyalty, referral, and community driven commerce programs • Lead performance marketing strategy and execution • Own the full digital growth stack including paid social, search, affiliate, creators, marketplaces, email, SMS, and emerging channels • Manage agencies or freelancers as needed • Build dashboards and reporting across site, marketing, and retention • Use customer insights to inform site optimization, retention programs, and product improvements
