Job Description
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in B2B event marketing, community marketing, experiential marketing, or integrated marketing roles for SaaS, technology, or professional services companies.
- Proven ownership of end-to-end event execution (in-person and virtual)
- Direct experience producing Zoom webinars (or similar platforms like Goldcast, Sequel, or ON24), including speaker management, rehearsals, live troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving during live sessions.
- Proven ability to coordinate with venue A/V teams and review technical quotes: you understand what line items mean, can ask the right questions, and ensure alignment between technical requirements and run-of-show needs (note: you're coordinating with A/V professionals, not serving as one).
- Experience building engagement beyond one-off events through recurring programs or community initiatives
- Hands-on social media management experience including strategy, content creation, publishing, engagement, and reporting
- Strong project management skills with the ability to run multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and a high bar for experience quality and brand presence
- Comfort creating lightweight content such as short videos, clips, and social-ready assets
- Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage timelines, dependencies, checklists, and cross-functional stakeholder communication, keeping everyone aligned without micromanagement.
- Proven ability to manage 3-5 concurrent programs without details slipping—and without creating bottlenecks for others.
- Experience creating basic marketing video edits: trimming recordings, adding captions, creating short social clips, and preparing content for distribution (you're comfortable with the basics; you don't need to be a professional video editor).
- Excellent written communication skills and a high standard for production quality, attendee experience, and professionalism.
Benefits
- Access to competitive compensation & benefits that reward your contributions.
- Participation in employee recognition programs to celebrate achievements big and small.
- Exposure to professional development & learning initiatives to help you build your own path.
- Foundation built on values anchored in Accountability, Team, Urgency, Respect, Integrity, and Innovation.
- Opportunities for global exposure work alongside talented colleagues across India, Singapore, the UK, and the US, expanding your perspective and network.
- Invitations to yearly team offsites to connect, collaborate, and strengthen relationships in person.
- Leverage a lifestyle spending account benefit so you can choose your own wellness and work-from-home perks.
