• Capture and document clients' requirements, analyzing their functions and processes. • Design test plans and environments for functional developments and oversee their execution. • Verify and approve developments together with the client, configuring the application in the relevant modules. • Coordinate data-loading procedures and validate the final model for the client. • Provide user training and ensure successful go-live of the modules. • Act as the client's point of contact for the implementation of modules within your area of expertise. • Identify and communicate potential risks to the project manager. • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes related to development, testing, and project management.
