Job Description

• leads efforts in identifying, investigating, and recommending margin improvement opportunities. • overseeing the Decision Support team and the Costing team. • facilitating significant cross-functional collaboration. • aligning financial strategies with operational goals. • reports to the Executive Director - Financial Planning and Capital Management. • partners with community CFOs for leading a team that delivers insights, recommendations, and results that drive margin improvement.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum 10 years of experience in financial analysis, healthcare operations, or coding, with significant experience in a decision support setting.
Proven leadership experience in managing financial teams and driving financial performance improvements.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across functions and levels of the organization.
Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
Expertise in cost accounting, coding chargemaster, and revenue mapping is preferred.
