• Collaborate with engineering, design, content, and other teams to deliver platform features and capabilities. • Contribute to the definition of priorities, roadmap, and product requirements with guidance from senior product leaders and stakeholders. • Lead feature development efforts by gathering requirements, writing user stories, and working closely with engineering teams through design, build, and delivery. • Support agile development processes including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives. • Gain understanding of customer needs by participating in user research and gathering feedback from internal stakeholders. • Track and communicate progress on platform features to stakeholders, maintaining transparency on timelines and deliverables. • Monitor feature-level metrics and KPIs to understand impact and identify opportunities for improvement. • Contribute to product documentation, process improvements, and team knowledge sharing.
