• Actively source and engage passive candidates through creative outreach, networking, and market research strategies. • Collaborate with the SWAT team to provide sourcing support for new sites, high-priority locations, and key accounts. • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand evolving needs and deliver exceptional sourcing outcomes. • Screen and assess potential candidates to evaluate qualifications, cultural fit, and interest level before presenting warm leads. • Attend recruitment events and represent NAPA and/or Bridgecare to promote opportunities and build candidate pipelines, specifically early talent. • Become a Phenom expert, utilizing the platform’s full capabilities for CRM management, talent analytics, and candidate nurturing. • Develop and maintain talent pipelines within the CRM (Phenom).
