Job Description
• Lead end-to-end product strategy and design for one or more product areas (e.g., Ideation/Canvas, Tasks, Onboarding).
• Define and challenge product direction, bring strong product thinking to an early, rapidly evolving product.
• Produce high-quality, pixel-perfect designs in Figma; create prototypes; and implement designs directly in code when needed.
• Help build our design system and visual identity, collaborating closely with the broader team.
• Explore and shape the future of product development with AI, contributing ideas and critique.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product design or similar role.
- Impeccable visual and interaction design skills; deep taste and intuition for what makes a product feel exceptional.
- Strong visual evidence of work (portfolio, website, or equivalent).
- Ability to proactively define user problems, challenge assumptions, and propose strategic design directions.
- Motivated to do the best work of your career, move quickly, and create impact in an early-stage environment.
- Excited about AI-enhanced workflows and understand the problems we’re solving.
- Open to spending some of the time contributing directly to code to implement prototypes and refine design details.
