Job Description

• Lead oversight of end-to-end trade workflows within Aladdin, ensuring operational accuracy, risk mitigation, and timely issue resolution. • Provide subject matter expertise across Aladdin Front Office tools including OMS, pre-trade compliance, live blotters, exposure dashboards, and IBOR views. • Establish controls and monitoring processes to validate cash, positions, allocations, and trade lifecycle dependencies. • Proactively identify operational risks and implement preventive measures to reduce trade breaks and downstream exceptions. • Partner with Trading, Post-Trade Operations, Technology, and external counterparties to resolve complex trade and settlement issues. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across workflow efficiency, reporting, and operational governance. • Mentor and guide junior team members, promoting best practices in trade lifecycle management and Aladdin utilization. • Develop and maintain reporting frameworks leveraging Excel and SQL for intraday validation, reconciliation oversight, and portfolio support.

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience with BlackRock Aladdin Front Office functionality, including trade blotters, IBOR dashboards, matching tools, and cash ladders.
  • Demonstrated experience leading operational oversight or managing front-office support functions.
  • Strong understanding of trade lifecycle processes, investment operations, and operational risk controls.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL for data validation, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Proven ability to operate in fast-paced trading environments while maintaining governance and control standards.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional communication skills.
