• Design, build, and manage Salesforce reports and dashboards. • Optimize existing Salesforce reporting frameworks in partnership with Salesforce Admins and Architects. • Develop interactive Power BI dashboards, including data modeling, DAX calculations, and dataset management. • Oversee dataset refresh cycles and ensure data accuracy and availability. • Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to define data models, pipelines, and business logic alignment for the enterprise data warehouse. • Act as the primary reporting point‑of‑contact for cross‑functional teams. • Standardize KPI frameworks and ensure consistent measurement across the organization. • Train and support internal stakeholders on dashboard usage and interpretation.
