Job Description
• Monitor incoming emails from clients and funding partners.
• Review and organize new client communications and document submissions.
• Upload and categorize documents in the CRM and link them to the correct deal.
• Forward funding offers and deal details to the appropriate funding partner.
• Log funder responses into the CRM with the correct status and notes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date deal records in the CRM.
• Handle approximately 500–600 updates and emails per day.
Job Requirements
- Efficient: Able to manage a high volume of repetitive tasks quickly and accurately.
- Organized: Keeps digital files and workflows clean and easy to follow.
- Detail-Oriented: Pays close attention to names, dates, and document accuracy.
- CRM Experience: Prior experience logging and updating records is a plus, but not necessary.
- Experience: General work experience is required.
