Job Description
• Oversee the day-to-day work of Commercial Asset Managers
• Monitor the performance of your team as it pertains to key business metrics
• Collaborate with customer representatives to ensure satisfaction
• Assist in the development and improvement of programs and processes
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Renewable Energy), Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in asset management, operations, or project management within the solar, renewable energy, or power generation sectors
- Proven experience managing customer relationships in a technical or engineering setting
- Experience in lifecycle management of energy assets
- 3-5 years managing direct reports
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred)
- NABCEP Solar PV Installation Professional Certification (preferred)
- OSHA 10 (preferred)
