Job Description

• Identify qualified industry-specific prospects • Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone • Qualify leads based on our Ideal Client Profile • Book discovery calls on the sales team's calendar • Follow up persistently with interested prospects • Maintain accurate records in CRM • Report on outreach activity, response rates, and pipeline weekly • Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and targeting

Job Requirements

  • Proven B2B appointment setting, SDR, or BDR experience
  • Professional and persuasive written and verbal English
  • Cold calls don't intimidate you
  • Initiative in work tasks
  • Ability to track activity and follow up on time
  • Comfortable learning and using CRM tools
  • Bonus Points: Experience in the marine industry, boating, or related verticals
  • Background in digital marketing agency sales
  • Familiarity with outreach tools (Lemlist, Apollo, etc.)
  • Experience with GoHighLevel or similar all-in-one CRM platforms
