Job Description

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to physicians, Medspa owners, and aesthetic practices. • Re-engage existing system owners to identify expansion, upgrade, or replacement opportunities. • Introduce the company’s aesthetic technology portfolio at a high level and assess interest, need, and timing. • Confidently navigate gatekeepers and connect with key decision-makers. • Qualify leads based on defined criteria (practice type, budget, authority, need, timeline). • Accurately document call outcomes and opportunity details in Salesforce or the designated CRM. • Maintain consistent outbound activity aligned with KPIs and performance targets. • Collaborate with sales leadership to refine messaging, targeting strategy, and qualification standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement.
  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, outbound sales, or call center environments.
  • Experience in medical device, healthcare technology, or aesthetics industry is a strong advantage.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport and trust.
  • Highly self-motivated, resilient, and performance-driven.
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred.
  • Genuine interest in the aesthetics industry and consultative selling approaches.
