Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, marketing, or a related field preferred (relevant experience may substitute).
- Minimum of 1–3 years of healthcare relationship management, market development, or provider-facing experience.
- Experience in post-acute care, value-based care, physician services, hospice, palliative care, or care coordination strongly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable operating in a fast-growing healthcare environment.
- Proficient with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and healthcare communication tools.
- Ability to function effectively in an interdisciplinary, physician-led care model.
