Job Description
• Turn business problems and creative briefs into ideas that get people talking
• Use voice to find the voice of our clients
• Work across digital, social, influencer, experiential, and traditional channels
• Present work, take feedback, and collaborate closely with partners
• Work under the leadership of an ACD or CD and partner with a Senior Art Director
Job Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in creative roles
- Ability to turn insights into breakthrough creative ideas
- Outstanding brainstorming and concepting skills
- Experience developing brand campaigns and integrated activations
- Exceptional writing range across formats
- Clear, persuasive communication skills
- Understanding of the production process
- Familiarity working with outside vendors such as illustrators, retouchers, etc.
- Defined AI tech stack and preferred workflows
- Interest or experience in the aesthetics space
- Strong background in digital or performance marketing
- Experience in regulated environments, including pharma.
