Job Description
• Own and define the vision for how Rx brands show up across complex, highly regulated audience ecosystems
• Define how ideas live in the world for HCPs, patients, caregivers, and advocates
• Shape omnichannel strategies that balance cultural relevance, scientific rigor, and regulatory responsibility
• Oversee a defined portfolio of pharmaceutical business, guiding senior teams across social, influencer, and digital engagement
• Establish the frameworks, teams, and partnerships that allow clients to operate confidently and creatively
• Partner closely with Creative, Strategy, Engagement, and Medical and Regulatory stakeholders to ensure work is sound in execution
• Anticipate regulatory, platform, and cultural shifts before they materially impact clients
• Drive sustainable growth by translating trust, expertise, and results into long-term partnerships
Job Requirements
- Proven success developing audience-driven strategies for HCP, patient, caregiver, and advocate audiences within regulated environments
- Deep knowledge of omnichannel engagement, including social (paid and organic), influencer marketing, CRM and email, display media, HCP portals, EHR platforms, and emerging media
- Expert-level understanding of influencer strategy in pharma — including KOLs, patient creators, disease advocates, contracting considerations, vetting, and risk assessment
- Strong command of FDA and regulatory guidelines relevant to Rx promotion, disease awareness, and influencer content — with experience guiding teams and clients through MLR review and approval processes
- Experience leading digital and social activation from concept through execution, including platform partnerships, vendor oversight, and technology stack integration
- Skilled in translating audience data, behavioral insights, and performance signals into clear strategies that inform creative and channel decisions
- Experienced in managing senior client relationships within matrixed pharmaceutical organizations, serving as a trusted strategic advisor
- Adept at overseeing financial planning, utilization, staffing, and growth planning for a senior discipline
- Strong communicator, comfortable presenting complex strategies to senior stakeholders and representing the agency in leadership forums
- Proven ability to identify account expansion opportunities and contribute meaningfully to new business growth within pharma
- Committed to building and mentoring senior leaders, developing high-performing teams, and establishing scalable processes for long-term growth
- Establishes governance models, guardrails, and best practices that enable compliant creativity at scale
- Serves as a category thought leader, helping shape industry conversations around modern pharma engagement.
