Job Description
• Perform lead generation activities, including researching potential clients using tools like Hunter.io, LinkedIn, and other prospecting platforms.
• Build and maintain a database of qualified leads based on provided target criteria.
• Customize and send cold outreach emails using provided templates, ensuring proper personalization where needed.
• Manage LinkedIn prospecting efforts, including outreach and follow-up communication.
• Utilize CRM or email marketing tools (such as Mixmax, HubSpot, or similar) for email tracking, follow-ups, and pipeline management.
• Coordinate schedules and appointments using calendar tools to set up meetings with prospective clients.
• Provide updates on lead generation progress, challenges, and successes during regular check-ins.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, or related roles.
- Familiarity with tools like Hunter.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM platforms.
- Knowledge of cold email best practices and tools like Mixmax or HubSpot.
- Strong research and analytical skills to identify and qualify leads.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience customizing outreach messages and following a standard operating procedure (SOP).
- Background in marketing or sales is a plus.
- Experience with automation tools or mail merge techniques for email campaigns.
