Job Description

• Drive sales and make a significant impact in the West region of the US • Promote and sell mutual funds, separately managed accounts, direct indexing, and more • Collaborate with sales management to provide feedback on industry trends • Achieve top-tier market share focusing on key RIAs • Keep financial advisors updated with investment strategies and business management ideas • Excel in specific asset classes and deliver proposals that exceed expectations • Strengthen existing partnerships and expand client access • Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and deepen existing relationships • Collaborate with investment strategy consultants to implement strategies

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience
  • Proven track record of success with established relationships with top RIAs
  • Solid knowledge of the wealth and investment management industry
  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 (or 66) certifications
  • Reside within the territory
  • Focused on achieving goals and motivated to excel
  • High energy and sense of urgency
  • Ability to influence and draw consensus across Allspring
  • Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time
