Job Description

• Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve company goals and objectives • Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient and effective use of resources • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions to improve operations • Lead and mentor a team of managers and employees, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue • Monitor industry trends and competition to stay ahead of the curve and make proactive adjustments to operations • Manage and control operational budgets and ensure financial targets are met • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies • Continuously assess and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity

Job Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
10+ years of experience in a senior operations role, preferably in a consulting or services industry
Proven track record of successfully managing and growing operations
Strong leadership skills and experience in managing and developing teams
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
Ability to travel as needed
