• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment • Lead and manage the full lifecycle of IT projects, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, control, and closure • Contract Execution & Delivery: Serve as the primary point of contact for government clients • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resource allocation, and budget • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate regular progress reviews and technical interchange meetings • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships • Develop and maintain project documentation, including status reports, stakeholder communications, and lessons learned • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements • Stay current with emerging technologies, particularly in cloud computing, AI, and software development trends relevant to the public sector • Risk & Compliance Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks • Financial Oversight: Track all project costs, including labor hours and Other Direct Costs (ODCs)
