Job Description
• Track and respond to calls for a multi-state nurse triage telephone service
• Provide clinical assessments based on established protocols
• Perform administrative and clinical support tasks
• Facilitate referrals and collaborate on prior authorization requests
• Assist with inquiries from external agencies
• Participate in Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) programs
Job Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Minimum of 2–4 years of full-time clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
- Active, unencumbered Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) license required
- Prior telephone triage experience using electronic triage systems
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) platforms
