Job Description

• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling to meet company targets • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction • Achieve agreed-upon sales quotas and outcomes within schedule • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments • Continuously analyze territories/markets’ potential, track sales, and status reports • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends • Facilitate and communicate with leadership team territory performance in Monthly Business Reviews • Setting and communicating sales targets that promote long-term profitability, that meet or exceed goal expectations. • Maintain detailed records through the company CRM

Job Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience as a business and account development specialist.
  • 2-5 years’ outdoor product sales experience
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong vertical and lateral thinking abilities.
  • The ability to build long-lasting professional relationships.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices, along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
