• Develop and maintain detailed project plans for assigned customer projects. • Define key milestones, deliverables, and timeline touchpoints in collaboration with internal teams and clients based on the defined project scope. • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams to ensure tasks are assigned, tracked, and completed on schedule. • Monitor project timelines and proactively identify potential delays, risks, or resource constraints. • Implement corrective action plans when projects are at risk of missing deadlines. • Ensure all deliverables meet defined quality standards prior to client submission. • Serve as the primary point of contact for client project teams regarding project status, timelines, and deliverables. • Schedule and facilitate recurring client meetings, internal working sessions, and milestone reviews. • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, action item summaries, and follow-up documentation. • Provide regular status reports outlining progress, risks, and upcoming milestones. • Track critical regulatory filing deadlines and submission timelines. • Support the development and refinement of project management templates, reporting tools, and standard operating procedures to create efficiencies.
