Job Description
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess CCS
- Minimum 5 years’ auditing experience required
- Recommend minimum 3 years of Trauma Level 1 and Academic Teaching facility experience
- Experience with CDI reconciliation and feedback, second-level reviews (audit of coder work and of vendor billing-company reviews) and resolution of Epic work queues, providing feedback & removing barriers
- Experience providing education/creating tip sheets
- Must possess strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks/duties throughout the day, with comfortability adapting to evolving priorities
