Job Description
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments
• Determine selection criteria for right candidates by liaising with managers
• Source potential candidates through online channels
• Plan and execute recruitment campaigns
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
• Guide and facilitate the interview and hiring decision-making process
Job Requirements
- 3 years of experience in Human Resources
- Proven work experience as an Internal Recruiter, Recruiter or similar role
- Solid understanding and ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc)
- Experience with various candidate sourcing methods
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems
- Adequate knowledge of labor legislation
- Excellent communication skills in English
