• Responsible for the technical support and service of Medtronic Hugo systems at customer sites • Involves installing, repairing, maintaining, and troubleshooting these devices • Providing training to healthcare professionals • Gathering feedback on product performance and communicating with various internal and external teams • Installs, operates, maintains, repairs and modifies equipment • Performs a variety of maintenance and technical support on products such as equipment, integrated systems and subsystems, and software at customer and/or field locations. • Analyzes and evaluates products and related performance. • Troubleshoots and diagnoses malfunctions to eliminate problems in minimum time.
