• Develop procurement strategies, oversee the procurement workflow efforts while supporting operations • Provide category management and reporting expertise, improve procurement policies and procedures • Manage source-to-pay (S2P) procurement activities and foster effective communication and collaboration across departments • Generate and analyze procurement reports and dashboards within Coupa to track key performance indicators, identify trends, and measure procurement effectiveness • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and oversee the creation, review, and approval of purchase orders within Coupa • Manage and lead procurement professionals to maximize their potential and achieve sourcing and procurement best practices
