• serve as the overall delivery authority and single point of accountability for a USCIS program • lead agile execution (two-week sprints) • manage the integrated backlog and performance metrics in Teams Planner (or a Government-approved tool) • deliver required work products such as the Program Management Plan, Risk Register, Weekly Status Reports, and Monthly Program Management Review briefs • oversee continuous monitoring, Ongoing Authorization (OA/cATO) modernization, vulnerability and configuration management support, risk management operations support • emphasize leveraging security and governance data to identify and mitigate risk and evaluate emerging technologies, including ML/AI governance impacts • be a hands-on executor—not a status-only manager—who can translate policy into repeatable playbooks, automation, and measurable outcomes while maintaining audit readiness
