Job Description
• Lead Autodesk Trust in designing and deploying automation and AI driven processes.
• Evangelize process excellence, automation tools, and AI enhanced process adoption across Trust.
• Work with Trust Leadership team to prioritize initiatives across the Trust organization.
• Drive adoption of Automation and AI use cases through pilots and scalable implementations.
• Ensure quality assurance, documentation, and deployment best practices are met across workstreams.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience delivering high quality automation solutions using a variety of technologies.
- 5+ years of practical experience working automation tooling with a focus on process excellence.
- Direct experience with coding as part of solution delivery with familiarity of a variety of languages.
- Experience managing projects and leading teams.
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within scope.
- Demonstrated experience communicating and reporting program health, driving initiatives and facilitating the delivery of on-time results.
- Experience managing different company stakeholders, from technical teams to business leaders, program managers, etc.
