• Work directly with customers to design, develop, and implement beautiful new Duda websites on the Neon Websites platform. • Directly manages a portfolio of new clients, serving as the client’s main point of contact for Website meets starting immediately after contract signing all the way through site launch. • Take the lead on a significant portion of the project lifecycle: information architecture, visual design, content strategy, and implementation of the site. • Lead live web-based client meetings, including introductory meetings, feedback sessions, and training sessions. • Creates content pages and recommends appropriate widgets within Duda • Work closely with the Neon CRM implementation team to onboard clients into both platforms (their Neon Website and Neon CRM). Assist customers with the integration between their website and their Neon CRM system. • Effectively scope out and organize the workload of projects and meet deadlines. • Demonstrated excellence in client communication and ability to proactively guide clients through project tasks to completion. • Respond to technical support tickets from clients with Website needs. • Contributes to the overall goals of the Websites team.
