- proven experience in project management tools preferred
- proficient knowledge of project planning tools such as Microsoft Visio, Project, Planner, and Teams, Miro, Confluence
- project delivery skills including accurate project planning, delivering milestone dates and managing resources effectively
- organization/project planning, time management, and communication management skills across multiple functional groups and departments
- experience supporting teams in identifying, researching, and coordinating resources to troubleshoot/diagnose complex project issues
- interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills applicable to a wide audience including senior leadership and customers

Lead and develop a 10-15 person implementation team to deliver end-to-end, multi-product group benefits implementations. Ensure consistent Salesforce Workflow+ execution, drive operational excellence and transformation (including AI/automation), manage KPIs/OKRs, resolve escalations, and partner cross-functionally to deliver client outcomes and service differentiation.
