• Support the IGT Business as a strategic partner and trusted advisor • Enhance business effectiveness and efficiency • Define and lead daily management, problem solving, and continuous improvement / transformation programs • Establish and drive key leading growth, relationship, and commercial productivity indicators • Manage execution on priorities to improve performance • Identify and escalate issues impacting IGT performance • Develop and manage IGT Daily Management framework • Partner with Sales Excellence, NAM Ops, and S&SD Ops to populate analytics and drive DM cadence and countermeasures • Oversee execution of countermeasures and action items to drive accountability • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop integrated goals, incentives, and people management strategies • Collaborate with business partners across IGT in a bi-directional way
