• Lead, develop, and scale the global accounting organization, including hiring, coaching, and performance management • Own the worldwide record-to-report cycle, including monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes • Establish, maintain, and enforce accounting policies, procedures, and best practices in accordance with US GAAP • Oversee general ledger, consolidations, financial reporting, and technical accounting matters • Ensure timely and accurate local and international tax and regulatory filings and compliance • Design, implement, and maintain strong internal controls across bookings, revenue, expenses, and cash • Partner with external auditors to lead annual audits and other assurance activities • Collaborate with Legal and Human Resources to ensure accuracy and integrity of the capitalization table and equity accounting • Drive continuous process improvement through systems optimization, workflow simplification, and automation • Serve as a trusted cross-functional partner to Finance, Legal, People, and executive leadership
